32Red Casino - Online Casino Review

32Red Casino is one of two Microgaming casinos operated by Gibraltar-based and licenced operation, 32Red PLC (the other being Dash Casino). 32Red also operate a Poker Room and a lesser known sportsbook called 32Red Bet. I've been a player at 32Red since 2004, and if I'm honest, games choice aside, it hasn't changed a great deal in that time. But that's not a bad thing - in my opinion they have had it pretty much right from the beginning, with emphasis on treating players as individuals with individual needs rather than numbers. Support has always been fast and efficient, and while they have grown it is arguably a little less personal than it was when they were a small outfit, but it still puts the support from many other online casinos to shame! Banking options are varied with plenty of support for eWallets and cards, plus unusually you acn deposit with one method and withdraw via another - after you have been "ID'ed" of course (money laundering protection measure).

Regards loyalty and promotions, these probably could be improved a little. There is a VIP club called "Club Rouge" which offers some decent monthly bonsues and loyalty points, but for the regular punter, the monthly bonus is small, although loyalty points have recently been added. Promotions are average - rare for one to really grab me - and are generally based on things like play a certain game at a certain time and enter a draw for chips. Not very exciting to be honest, but that's not really what I'm afetr anyway...I want somewhere that treats me well, plays fair and pays out quick and 32Red is that place.

The games choice is huge. 32Red and Dash both use Microgaming software with over 350 games and usually there are another 3 or 4 added every month. While some are simply rebranded clones of pre-existing games, there are plenty of novel games coming through. As a slots player, the notable recent releases include "Tombraider 2 - Secret Of The Sword" and "Hitman" (see pic, right), although the old "Thunderstruck" is still my favourite!

There is a shedload of Blackjack games, both single-hand and multi-hand, with high bet limits for those who like high stakes games, several Roulette veriants, some 50 variants of video poker and many other regular card and table games. The Keno incidentally is pretty crap compared to Wagerworks Keno (at Virgin Casino). The download version of the casino offers some 350+ games, while the Flash version weighs in with around 180. The fact I have been playing 32Red Casino for 4 years now probably says it all. While the other casinos listed here are all a the top of their game, 32Red just have that little extra something that a dedicated independent operator can provide.
